Glimmer List

Quoting Google, “Glimmers are often the opposite of triggers, which are negative situations or experiences that can activate the nervous system and cause a stress response. Recognizing and appreciating glimmers can help to balance out the effects of triggers and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

My glimmer list is basically the list of anything and anyone I choose to be grateful for.

The practice is to note at least 3 things I appreciate each day. Hopefully, this will help me become more mindful and thankful, especially for the small things.
